Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return window, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, with tags attached, in their original packaging, and include proof of purchase.

Once your return request is approved, you will receive a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how to send your item back. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 48 hours of delivery if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for review or replacement.

 


Exceptions / non-returnable items 

We do not accept returns on final sale items or gift cards. Items that have been used, damaged, or are not in their original packaging may not be eligible for return.

 


Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase in accordance with our return policy to be eligible for a refund, then place a new order for the new item.

 


European Union 14 day cooling off period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without providing a justification.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
